The Ruger Rewards Program (the "Program") is subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as all other Ruger policies in effect at the time of submission and redemption, including but not limited to Ruger's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Qualifying Product: Any new Ruger Wrangler or Super Wrangler revolver. Used firearms are specifically excluded from the definition of Qualifying Product.

Subject to the limitations included herein and referenced above, the Program is open to United States based consumers age 21 or older who purchase a Qualifying Ruger Product during the Promotion Period. In order to qualify for this promotion, payment for the Qualifying Product must occur during the Promotion Period, and consumer must take possession of the Qualifying Product prior to the Submission Deadline. Consumers whose purchase and submission complies with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive $25 in Ruger Rewards, as described in greater detail below. Non-retail sales and Ruger employees do not qualify for this Program.
In order to receive their Ruger Rewards, eligible consumers must submit their claim by following the process described at Ruger.com/Rewards before the Submission Deadline. Submissions must include all required information, including proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product, serial number, purchase date, retailer name, purchase price, name, email address and state. Submissions that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements of the Program will be rejected. Ruger is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable, illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.
Claims will be processed within 14 days of submission. If a submission is rejected, the consumer will be notified via email of the rejection and reason(s). The consumer may re-submit the claim to correct the errors, provided the re-submission is entered and received on or before the Submission Deadline and complies with all requirements of the Program. Consumers whose submission meets the requirements of the Program will be sent, via email, a $25 Ruger Rewards code, which is redeemable only at ShopRuger.com.
Ruger reserves the right to reject any submission, in Ruger's sole discretion, that Ruger has reason to believe is fraudulent, is submitted by a consumer who has or is suspected to have previously submitted a fraudulent claim, or is in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. Ruger reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate this Program at any time.
Consumers participating in this Program agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program and all claims and questions related to the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Connecticut. To the fullest extent allowable by law, any and all claims, judgements, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Program. Under no circumstances shall any participant in this Program be entitled to consequential, incidental, or punitive damages or costs or attorneys' fees.
